Ramon's Trip to Dem Natl Convention

Hi everyone! I was elected earlier this month as an At-Large Tennessee Delegate pledged to Bernie Sanders at the DNC (http://knoxblogs.com/humphreyhill/2016/04/11/26882/). I've been an active volunteer and local surrogate with Bernie's campaign since last summer in Nashville, TN. I'm also a former union organizer with AFSCME and involved with the Brand New Congress movement. It costs a lot for Delegates to attend the Democratic National Convention. I work full-time and go to college at night and online so things are tight for me. To cut down on costs, I've used my remaining miles that I earned from my time as a union organizer to purchase my plane ticket to Philly. I'm also sharing a room with another Bernie delegate to cut that expense in half. That still leaves me with about $1800 that I need to cover for the trip. Any help is greatly appreciated! I'm so excited to fight for Bernie and a truly progressive party platform in Philadelphia!
