Le 6 mai, nous mangions tranquillement notre déjeuner sur le balcon d'une amie, qui vit au 7e étage. Notre journée a changé drastiquement quand Tiff a échappé sa fourchette, qui a rebondi par-dessus bord.
On a ensuite passé des heures à chercher la propriétaire de l'auto. Le coût de réparation du pare-brise sera d'environ 700$.
En tant que (pauvre) étudiante à temps plein, 700$ représente un somme énorme pour Tiffany, qui adore voyager.

On May 6th, we were quietly enjoying our breakfast on my friend's 7th floor balcony. Our day then changed quite drastically when Tiffany dropped her fork and it bounced over the balcony.
We then spent the next few hours looking for the owner of the poor car to let her know what happened. The windscreen replacement cost will be of about 700$.
As a (poor) 20 year-old full time student, 700$ represents an enormous amount to Tiffany, who loves travelling.
