Jo Blackman Medical Fundraiser

On May 1, 2016, Jo Blackman had an unique aneurysm that caused us to almost loose this precious woman. The survival rate to the hospital is 30% but our Jo is a fighter! She was lifeflighted to Tulsa where a team of doctor's performed the first surgery on an aneurysm they had rarely seen. The percentage of her surviving this surgery was low as well but our Jo proved a fighter once again. After, the attempt did not go as planned they transferred to OU MEDICAL in OKC where a team of highly trained doctor's who deal with unique cases of aneurysm performed another surgery! Our Jo, once again survived that surgery no doubt from her will and the power of Prayer! Although at every turn she has fought but the road to recovery will be long, and that is where we can step in and help!! Many of you have been touched by the Blackman family and it is now our turn to give back. Like I have said before " Us small town folk take care of each other". I have no doubt that if roles were reversed Blackman would be the first to step up! Please give and PLEASE PRAY! Thank you! Feel free to contact me Kinya (Efurd) Meineke, Shirley Breedlove, or Jill (Dawson) McLaughlin if you have any questions.
