Can you believe it has been 30 years?
Our reunion weekend will be July 22-24th, 2016!

*Friday the 22nd, we will get together for a meet and greet at Peabody's in Saratoga Springs! The patio has been reserved for us.

*On Sunday, July 24th, we will get together again for a day at the track. We have rented a large tent to use. While there is no cost to attend the meet and greet, there will be a fee for the track day.

*The total cost to rent the Tent, which currently has space for 66 people, is: $715. (For now, we have rented 11 tables at $65 per table, that seat 6 people each .) Many thanks to Jennifer LeBlanc for reserving the tent and paying the $ 143  deposit with her own funds. Obviously, I will be paying the money back to her as soon as we can.  

*We have decided to charge $15 per person , in order to cover the cost of the reservation, in the event we do not fill the tables. This also includes the small fee charged by GoFundMe to use their site.

 * If all 66 spots are reserved, the actual cost per person charged by the track is $11.  
 *This includes your general track admission, a program and a wristband to enter the tent.
*It is also a free giveaway day... They have not announced what the giveaways will be yet, but last year, they gave away free baseball caps for opening weekend!
 
*If we end up with additional money, we will decide as a class what to do with it. For example... we can refund the difference or use it for door prizes, decorations or food, etc.  We may also be able to rent additional tables in the future, if it looks like we will have a larger turn out.

*If you plan to attend, please make a payment to this GoFundMe account. This will make it easy to see who has made reservations and paid, etc.

At this time, we do NOT have anyone to cater the event. To keep the cost down, I have decided a caterer is not necessary.  We can  bring our own  food and drinks... Coolers are allowed, just no glass. Of course , we can purchase food at the track also.

As I have more information and updates, I will let you know! Let's have fun this year and maybe we can all win some money too!!

*Please help us out...if you plan to attend, make your payment ASAP.  The sooner I know how many people we will have ,and the amount of money collected, the better I can  plan to make this an incredible weekend for all of us!

Hello Everyone! For classmates that have reserved tickets which includes your wristband for the celebration in the Festival Tent on Sunday July 24 at the Saratoga Race Course, here is the information:
-Your tickets are ONLY available at Will Call at GATE B starting at 10:30am. GATE B is at Union Ave and East Ave. Your admission is free if you pick up your tickets and enter this gate. IF YOU ENTER ANOTHER GATE, YOUR ADMISSION WILL NOT BE FREE OR REFUNDED.
-The Festival Tent is in the backyard to the right of Gate B. See the link below for a map.
-You will have a program waiting for you inside the tent area. So don't purchase one before you get there.
-Casual dress in the backyard and tent area.
-Please feel free to bring your own refreshments and food. Just no glass! You also have the option of purchasing food and drink at the track.

Class of 1986: If you are like me, you tend to wait till the last minute to make your plans and reservations. Please do not do that if you plan to attend our Saratoga Race Day. We are over half way to our goal to pay for the tent. I know we have plenty interest,but we need to make final payment by July 1st! Please make your payment to reserve your seats today and help us spread the word by contacting your friends!!

FYI- The following are the rules and regulations set forth by the race track for the use of the Festival Tent.

Saratoga Race Track
RULES & REGULATIONS
PAYMENT AND DEADLINE POLICIES
REGULAR GROUPS:
• Prior to July 1st, a nonrefundable 20% deposit is required upon booking for groups larger than 25 (This deposit has been paid personally by Jennifer Leblanc)
• Full payment is due upon booking for groups of 25 or less or all groups booking after July 1st
• Full payment is due July 1st. (this is the date that Jennifer must pay the balance to rent the tent in full)
• A group may add tickets to their order up to the 14 day deadline (7 days for Tax-Exempt Groups) with NO PENALTY (As the deadline approaches, we may be able to rent additional tables if it appears we will have a larger turnout than expected)
• ALL additional tickets after the deadline are subject to a 25% price increase per ticket (per the track. If we have additional people interested in attending after the deadline has passed, we will address this issue and charge the appropriate ticket price according to their increase.)
• NO additional tickets may be added within 3 days of the event
• Tickets may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged after the deadline UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
TICKET POLICY
(Please see Will Call policy… we do NOT intend to have tickets mailed to us-you will pick up your tickets at will call the day of the event)

Once printed, tickets CANNOT be returned, refunded, or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS. If a group thinks their number may decrease, they may opt to defer ticket printing until a later date. Tickets may not be returned or refunded after the 2 week deadline for regular groups or 1 week deadline for tax exempt groups, even if they have not been printed. All tickets will be mailed with a confirmation number via USPS Priority Mail to ensure delivery. Following a successful delivery, lost tickets will be subject to a reprint fee.
• Up to 10 tickets - $2.50
• 11-50 tickets - $5.00
• 51+ tickets - $8.00
If you would like your tickets sent in multiple mailings, each additional mailing after the first is $5.00 per mailing.

WILL CALL POLICY ***
Groups may elect to pick up their tickets the day of the event at will call. Will call tickets are held at the Will Call Window at the Clubhouse Entrance (Gate C). Regardless of where the group event is held inside the facility, this is the only area to be used for will call. (This is where you will pick up your ticket the day of the event.)

DINING AREA HOURS
All dining areas open for seating at 11:30. The dining areas will close after the last race.

PROGRAMS
The number of programs will correspond to the number of tickets purchased. No pens/pencils will be provided.

DRESS CODE : We will be located in the Festival Tent
