Christmas for SGT Howard Oliver
SGT Howard Oliver is a US Veteran in dire need. He is a disabled vet with a family that is about to be evicted. We must stand with our brother and let him known his is never alone. Donation link is in the comments. If you can, donate to help him and his family at the very least not miss another Christmas.
I'm sorry not to be able to donate to your cause in monetary fashion, all I have to give this year is a few words. My husband is also a disabled Veteran and we were tossed in to the VA web just a few short months ago. I understand just how lean times are for so many of us "new generation" Veteran families. Christmas will be small this year and dinner a little smaller than usual, but the Military taught us to be strong and resilient, to lean on our community when we needed them. We do still have a community, though we are spread far and wide. Things WILL get better, and we will survive. I hope the help all these amazing people were able to share will give you a night of sound sleep, a little peace in the storm. God Bless You, Merry Christmas, and THANK YOU!!
thank yall so much for your gratitude, we are so overwhelmed that so many people would want to help, our goal was to get our story to congress but because of yall and the community our daughter will have a home for christmas and the biggest christmas you can imagine, yall are amazing thank you to those who have donated and thank yall for keeping my husband and our family in your thoughts this Christmas.
Thank you every single person who has donated or if they couldn't afford to donate passed this one It is such a nice thing to see with the hateful events today this makes you remember that not everyone is evil and sick
This too is restoring my faith in the hearts of the American people. I hope this will be a forever memory in you and your sweet families lives..Thank you for your Service Sir, we rejoice with you for every $1 sent. Gods Blessings continue to rest on you and may you experience the best Christmas ever!!!
@Nathan Nelson..way to help. I could only give a little but you truly are hero for this fellow soldier!

You all rock!
This is awesome, to see all these people willing to help out . Its great to see that people care. When I made my donation the goal was 2500 the total raised is now well over 6000. This is what the season is about. I wish that I could help more but Its good to see that others are willing to help during a fellow veterans time of need.
Just watched the videos on kwtx.com and totally lost it, this is such a heart warming story. This goes to show that we will NEVER leave a fallen soldier, we got your back brother!
I also posted this on Homefront Heros page so I am praying they will also help out This is such a sad story NONE of our vets should have to worry about the pay they have more than earned and none of them should have to cancel a childs Xmas because someone doesn't feel like doing the right paperwork Good Luck with getting it sorted and I truly hope it all works out for you and your family soon
Hey guys! -dave here. I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for giving so selflessly, so easily. This family needs it bad. You guys rock!
Hoping you and your family find both peace and joy this Christmas. Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas. Hopefully you get some extra for your kids to get presents. Hopefully there is some way to give a mailing address out because I'm pretty sure people would love to give your little girl some presents too.
Merry Christmas I hope they get your finances fixed as soon as possible so you can get to being a family instead of worrying how you are going to get by.
May you live well my friend. May the Pathways open for you from this point forward. Good luck.
Merry Christmas from me and my husband. Your service is very much appreciated. I am so happy that you and your family are going to be able to have a sense of calm going into the new year. Sending prayers your family's way.
Our family wants to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas. From our military family to yours, Thank You for all that you have done. It pleases me and warms my heart to know there are still people out there who care about our military. God Bless and things will get better, keep the faith!!
This story shall the good man teach his son; And Crispin Crispian shall ne'er go by, From this day to the ending of the world, But we in it shall be remember'd; We few, we happy few, we band of brothers; For he to-day that sheds his blood with me Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile, This day shall gentle his condition: And gentlemen in England now a-bed Shall think themselves accursed they were not here, And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks That fought with us upon Saint Crispin's day. -- Shakespeare's Henry V, 1598 Thank you for your service and sacrifice. You are not forgotten. May you and your family find a peace this Christmas that surpasses all human understanding. God Bless
MERRY CHRISTMAS ! thank you !
