16th Annual Sullivan Memorial Golf Tournament

Hi friends,
On behalf of the Sullivans and the Ollens, I wanted to invite you to support the 16th Annual Thomas H. Sullivan, Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament and Lobster Bake. The tournament will be held on Saturday, August 3rd at Hale's Location Golf Course in Hale's Location, New Hampshire.
Each year, we donate all proceeds to charity and for the fourth consecutive year, we will be supporting the Disabled American Veterans Charitable Service Trust.
This tournament is named after my grandfather, who used to take my brother Dan, my cousin Ian, and me to Hale's Location to teach us about the game he loved. To Grampy, golf was always about more than the sport - it was about etiquette, respect, and fairness. He quickly learned his grandchildren weren't the most talented golfes so he settled for a teachable moment, using the game to help us become gentlemen (and women) in his image.
When my grandfather passed away, a plaque was erected at the third tee of his home course. We stop each year to read it:
"You gave us a drive long enough to reach our goals
And straight enough to keep us from trouble
You helped us avoid the traps and hazards of life
And taught us always to play with honor.
We'll miss you."
To carry on his love of family and his giving spirit, we have hosted this charity tournament in his memory for the last 16 years. To honor his service in the United States Air Force and my brother Dan's service in the United States Army, we donate all proceeds each year to a veterans service organization. For the third year, we will be donating 100% of profits to the Disabled American Veterans Charitable Service Trust, an organization that supports psychological and physical rehabilitation programs for veterans.

The tournament kicks off at 11 AM with a best-ball scramble, ensuring that even awful golfers like myself can enjoy a full 18 holes. Once each team has completed the round, all participants and friends will gather around the pool at the White Mountain Hotel for a lobster bake and awards presentation.

$100 or more: Sponsor a Hole - pick a hole 1-18 and we'll list you as the lone sponsor!
$135 or more: Tournament Ticket - you're in for 18 holes of golf, a cart, and a three-course lobster dinner!
$250 or more: Green Jacket - you will be listed as a top tournament sponsor, be sent a commemorative t-shirt, and of course, get full tournament access with cart and lobster dinner.
