Spinal surgery

My 19yr old Son Reif needs spinal surgery. He fractured his back four years ago playing in a tennis tournament. He lives with 24/7 chronic back pain. It effects his whole life and prevents him from taking on a job. He's reliant on heavy duty back pain medication which takes the edge off. But I'd rather he not be on them. 

My health fund takes effect from the 21st June but there's still out of pocket expenses. $500 to the hospital, $500 to the Anaesthetist and $4000 to the Surgeon. 

Any amount of help would be greatly appreciated. Having this surgery will change Reif's life.
