Dear Friend and Potential Donor,
My name is Denise and I'm so many people. I'm a military wife, sister, friend, and blogger. In 2008, I was laid off my job as an analyst at a major financial institution and found it difficult to find work. As an aging baby boomer I worked off and on from 2008- 2013 and all I became was frustrated. In the summer of 2014, I decided to pursue my real dream of starting a photography business. I used to shoot in the days of film and found it refreshing to learn digital photography.
Now it's been 2 years in and I can't tell you how rewarding my life has been. I had the priviledge of shooting a senator, congresswoman and even a sitting president. In addition, I've met celebrities Kristin Chenoweth and Pat Boone.
My desire is to return to my hometown of NYC and make a name for myself there as a photographer. It would me so much to me to return to where my love of photography first began, and hopefully inspire more people with my work.
I plan to spend the entire month of June in NYC and would appreciate your support so much. In advance I thank you, because I honestly believe you can feel the passion I have for captuing images in my appeal.
