Tackling Homelessness and Financial Stress

After being abandoned and left with no where to go in a foreign place by people who were supposed to take care of me, I'm back in my former place of residence. My mental health issues which included PTSD and severe depression were left untreated and neglected to the point I tried to commit suicide, was hit by a car, was sent to an ER and stayed at a Psychiatric hospital for 2 weeks till I was sent back here 4 days ago. I was able to stay at a temporary shelter for now but my stay ends tomorrow and I have no more money and can't afford any place to stay. I'm broke, homeless, don't have my meds for mental health, have no phone service (completely relying on wifi), am not familiar of my whereabouts due to never being allowed outside on my own to explore, have a visual impairment and am afraid for my safety. I escaped from my abusive family and now I'm back in their hometown and can be easily spotted. I'm in desperate need for help right now or else I don't know how much longer i can manage.
