Hilltop Drive In Theater is on of the last 336 drive in's left in America. And it's about to go out of business. I grew up going to this drive in theater. It was so much fun! Going to the drive in is an experience more than just going to the movie theater. You went with friends, sat in the back of the truck, had blankets, brought your own popcorn. Snuck friends in via the trunk. :D YOU COULD BRING YOUR OWN SNACKS!
Unfortunately my drive in from home is struggling to keep above the water. A movie theater in a small town of WV has a hard time staying stable, let alone staying in the green.
Hilltop theater is probably one of the only positive things in Hancock County, WV and to see it go under is basically watching the last ray of light disappear into the darkness.
Also, you only have to pay $7 for TWO MOVIES!!
