After spending several years teaching yoga on the West Coast and in India, I returned to the Southern United States to teach yoga full-time in Birmingham, Alabama.
Since 2012, I have established a successful Bikram yoga program at an Ashtanga/Kundalini yoga studio. I have learned and developed a deep understanding of the value of a traditional Hatha yoga system. Yoga is powerful and indeed we are powerful beyond measure. I am so grateful to have acquired the tools and techniques to empower people to change their lives. I have a beautiful gift to share with the world: show people how to heal themselves.
I have accepted an incredible job offer in Vancouver, Washington. I will teach Bikram yoga and create an Ashtanga Mysore program. This opportunity will enable me to grow my life and achieve my goals. However, I want and need to pay a debt and buy a car to begin this next chapter in my life.
