Zoo-Zoom LLC Enclosure Fundraiser

Zoo-Zoom LLC, The Little Zoo on Wheels is an exotic animal rescue facility based in Lafayette, LA. To help fund us, we run an exotic animal petting zoo as well as conduct educational programs at schools, churches, and libraries. Our number one goal is to be able to never turn away an exotic animal in need. Unfortunately South Louisiana's economy has been effected by the decrease in oil and natural gas production which has left many kind, hard working people without a job. We see this effect in two ways; 1. With less household income, one of the first things that families sacrifice is their pets. Animals are often time looked at as a luxury. We have seen a proportional increase in the number of layoffs and the number of animals we take in and those that we have to turn away due to being at capacity. 2. Less household income also means less job bookings. Even though we have set our prices to be affordable, yet competitive, some families can't afford our services. Both of which effect us tremendously. Our goal is to raise $1,500.00 to pay for new enclosures as well as renovate the ones we currently have.
