Help Me Save My Dog

This morning 2 German Shepherds attacked my poor Dyogie when he went out on OUR PROPERTY to go potty. I scared them off, but his wounds are severe. The estimate from the vet to treat him is $838. He needs surgery to repair his wounds, with an especially deep wound on his belly.
