Cinnamon need your help (Please)

This is Cinnamon. About a 10 to 15 year old mare that lives down the street from me that is starving. We need to get her to a vet asp to get her mouth cleaned out of foxtail and pulled some teeth or else possibly have her put down. We live in Corning California which is a small town. Been trying to find a rescue for her for the last week. They are all full and cannot take her at this time. I've been feeding her twice a day grain and hay but because of the infection and abscess in her mouth the, food just goes right through her.
Her lymph nodes are all swollen under her jaw and down her throat. This horse needs ASP attention and I just can't afford it with all the animals I have of my own. The owner of this horse died and the person that has the horse on the property has been trying to care for it but they don't know anything about horses and didn't realize that her mouth was full of foxtails and abscess like it was. The Tehama County Sheriff's Department are trying to find a shelter also.  This poor girl need some help.  Just asking for enough to get her to a vet and have her check out.  Thank you all so very much.
