Mary Peters Trust - Zipline across the Lagan

On the 18th August 2018, myself and my bestfriend will be taking part in a charity event to help the Mary Peters Trust in their quest to raise £1million. 

The event is in aid of helping younger sportsmen and women reach their goals and potential, financially, by giving grants each year to individuals from every sport. 

Mary Peters Trust is something I hold close to my heart, as they have continuously supported me throughout my Swimming career. The Trust is one of the main reasons why I am still able to follow my dreams and without their financial support, I would be unable to fund or support any of my Swimming commitments. 

I hope by doing this, I can give back to the trust but also help raise funds for future athletes, in helping them reach their sporting goals.

The Mary Peters Trust is money raised solely by their organisation, with the help of donations and other grants scheme. Therefore, without the help of everyone the trust would not be available to athletes, like myself, who are unable to financially support themselves throughout the early years of their career.

Please donate anything you can, and know that you are giving a sportsman or woman the chance to follow their dreams as Mary Peters did.
