BBQ Tree Celebration for Ziggi Tapp

My brother Ziggi passed away suddenly from fentanyl on Monday Dec 12th 2016
Thank you to everyone that donated to the Celebration of Life, thank you to everyone that came and made it super special!
************UPDATE******** I know it says we have 225 but were back to 0 as of April 2017.
Thank you so much to everyone that donated on here and threw my email - [email redacted] We got the tree!! The City called me today to tell me they found the perfect tree!!
*************UPDATE******************* April 4th 2017
Our new goal is for 200 to do a HOTDOG BBQ at the Tree celebration with a plaque by the bridge where he used to paint. My Idea is to buy the hotdogs and get the condiments and buns and drinks. I figure 200 will do the trick if as many people come that came to the funeral.
We plan to do it either on his bday, Tuesday June 13th at 6:30 pm or the Saturday before June 10th at around 3:30. This is currently up for vote on Ziggi's facebook page.
Ive already met with the city and we picked the specie of tree that could go in this spot, it was between a Weeping willow and a Curly willow, Well at his celebration of Life we voted and every single person voted for the Curly willow. it will go right here.
Again thank you to everyone that has made this possible. It truly means the world to me. To have a spot to hang out and reminise for years to come.
Ziggi was a brother, a father, and an amazing friend that would light up any room. He was loved by so many people. His soul will truly be missed. He was the most gentle hearted person who would do anything to make you smile. His battle with the inner demons have finally come to an end. May he be at peace.

It sucks that this has to be said, but any negative comments will be deleted. There is no reason to hurt me more then I already am. This is about honoring someone and was a huge communication error that got taken way to far and is unrepairable.
