Solar Research - Valentina Zharkova & Team

Donation protected
I am starting this fundraiser for Dr. Valentina Zharkova and her research team.   Her work pushes the boundaries of traditional science.  She is one of very few, who accurately predicted  the low activity of solar cycle 24.

The next Modern grand minimum of solar activity is upon us in 2020–2055.

Her forecasts should be used to help prepare society in making adaptions and address challenges that come with grand solar minimums.

Looking at history is it clear the Earth / Sun System goes through many different changes, weakened magnetosphere, disturbed weather patterns,  cosmic rays, cloud nucleation, ocean oscillations, volcanism etc.   Empires have risen and fallen with several grand cycles.  We must learn from our history,  our food supply, and livelihood is directly threatened by these changes.    Understanding and forecasting our sun's activity is important for all beings on this planet.

Please support Zharkova's research all money raised goes directly to her and her team.

Team Zharkova's latest research: Oscillations of the baseline of the solar magnetic field and solar irradiance on a millennial timescale clearly shows many AGW alarmists out there how warming is NATURAL!!!

There is a group of alarmists trying to get her paper unpublished.   These men with their minds closed to real science hang onto AGW theory as if it were a religion.

They are trying to take her paper down even though they exhibit very little understanding of the research behind
( SIM Solar inertial motion )

Valentina Zharkova is a Professor in Mathematics at Northumbria University. She has a BSc/MSc in Applied Mathematics and Astronomy, a Ph.D. in Astrophysics, and a certificate in project management.

She graduated from the National University of Kyiv, Ukraine in 1975 with a BSc/M.Sc. first-class with distinction degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics (joint honours).

In 19I75-1978 worked as Junior researcher at Physics and Applied Maths Department, then moved to the Solar Division of the Main Astronomical Observatory, Kyiv, Ukraine for my Ph.D. studies in Applied Mathematics/Solar Theory.

After successfully defending her thesis in non-LTE radiative transfer entitled

“Hydrogen emission in quiescent solar prominences with filamentary structure", I worked at Space Science Laboratory, Physics Department, the National University of Kyiv as a junior researcher, lecturer/researcher senior - lecturer/senior researcher (1978-1994).

In 1992, Valentina joined the Astronomy Group of Glasgow University as the Senior Royal Society visitor, then a Research Fellow (1993-1999).

In 2000, she became a Lecturer at the University of Bradford, in 2002,  was appointed to a Reader and in 2005 to a Professor in Applied Mathematics.

From September 2013 She joined the Northumbria University as a Professor in Mathematics.
