Zhara in royal Melbourne children's hospital sick

My daughter Zhara has been flown to royal Melbourne children's hospital, with one kidney double the size of the other. They are pretty sure It is some form of cancer and not sure how far it is. Hoping it's nothing too bad for my 6 month old baby girl. Asking for help for the untimely trip without being able to work I have no money and need to afford accommodation/food and any treatment that needs to be done
