Head Shave for Mental Health

I am 40 years old, and I have suffered from depression since my very early teens. Recently, I found a local Mental Health Charity Organisation called Ponthafren, and it has changed my life in so many more ways than helping me manage my depression.
They have invested their time, effort and massive range of skills, to rebuild me, support me, encourage me, and also have fully trained me to become a volunteer at their organisation, giving me purpose, direction and self worth again, which I never thought I would have.
I am doing a headshave on April the 9th 2018, at Ponthafren, Newtown, not only to give something back, but also to raise awareness of Mental Health needs within every day society.
