My name is Tiffany Wagner and I am 30 years old. I'm from a small town in Southern Indiana, and I am asking for your help. I thought I had found my "Happily Ever After" when I met my fiance Justin. On our first date he told me "I have a daughter, and another child that isn't mine biologically, but he is MY son." I knew then, that this man would always be there not only for me, but for my 6 year old daughter as well. I was a waitress, bartender, and soccer coach until one day in November of last year when things started to go awry. I had to have emergency surgery for a perforated Ulcer. Because it was emergency surgery, they had to cut me from my rib cage to my belly button to get to the spot where they had to put a grand patch. After the normal healing time, I still always felt tired, weak and nauseous more than I didn't.  My doctor told me I just had an infection, and needed IV antibiotics. That was my second stay in the hospital for a week. While there, my doctor told me I had a blockage in either my stomach &/or my small intestines, and that it was keeping my stomach from emptying. They needed to start doing a EGD (upper GI endoscopy) for dialation once a week for the next 5 weeks, all the while feeling like, are they ever going to be able to fix me? After another brutal 5 weeks of not being able to work, and still feeling miserable, I was told I needed another surgery. This time they were taking my gallbladder, 25% of my stomach, and about 6 inches of my small intestines. During this surgery, the surgeon decided "something didn't look right", and sent some samples off to the lab. The results were... you guessed it, that nasty C word, CANCER. Stage 3 Gastric Stomach Cancer, to be exact, and I would need another surgery to remove even more of my stomach. While awaiting the next surgery, my mother called and told me that my grandfather had came to the emergency room the same day I had surgery. He was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, after they found a  turmonr on his brain, lungs, and spine. They moved him to hospice across the street, so everyday I took my pole with my IV's across the street to see him. He passed away just a few short days later, and due to my condition I was unable to attend his funeral. The last surgery they removed 95% of my stomach, and took samples from my lymph nodes for testing as well. Finally we thought we had good news, after almost a year of pain, nausea, scopes, and surgeries, the surgeon got clear margins in my stomach.!! This wonderful news was quickly slashed when the results came back positive for cancer in my lymph nodes surrounding my stomach. This means I still need chemotherapy and radiation, but they want me to be fully healed from my surgeries (approximately 6-8 weeks) before I can start that. So for close to a year now, I have been weak, nauseous, in pain, &/or in the hospital, unable to help with any of the household bills, medical bills, or spend quality time with my daughter/soon to be step children, and now I have learned my fight isn't finished yet. I thank you very much for taking the time to read my story and anything you can do would be greatly appreciated. We are in need of monetary donations, food/meal preparations during surgery/chemo/radiation, and most of all prayers. Thank you kindly in advance.
