Zakyra Goes To College

My Name is Zakyra Adams and I graduated from Eastern Senior High School in Washington DC.  I played clarinet in the Blue and White Marching Machine and I was also in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program.  I am fundraising because I am in need of finance to gets items I need for college and meal plan/housing expenses. My mother passed away in 2016 and my father passed away this year. I have 4 younger siblings and we live with my grandparents and they receive little finance. I ended up with a cumulative GPA of 4.0 and graduated at the top of my class. This fall I will be attending George Mason University and majoring in nursing. Any amount is much appreciated. Thank you!
