Hi my name is Zak McCallay and I’m 9years old.
I am running the junior Great North Run (4km) in Gateshead on Saturday 8th September 2018.
In doing this, I want to raise money for a charity, both to motivate me and to do it for a worthwhile cause.
I have chosen the Oncology Unit at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary as it is a charity close to my heart at the moment. I think they do a great job for those that have cancer. I want to help other people and their families who are affected by cancer.
