PetResQ: Save the "Just Pups"

My husband and I recently adopted two 4-month-old goldendoodle puppies from PetResQ Inc. 4 days before we brought them to our home they lived an unsettling life at Just Pups in East Brunswick, NJ. PetResQ Inc. is a small, local animal rescue that took in 63 dogs without hesitation upon hearing about the 267 counts of animal cruelty the owner of Just Pups was facing. They immediately gathered the dogs, rounded up volunteers, found foster homes, secured adoptions and got medical treatment for those that needed it (which was many). Our two pups are happy, sweet, loving dogs but they were underweight, had worms and giardia (a parasite from drinking water with feces in it). Simple problems compared to some.

Recently many of you have seen the article regarding the Paramus Just Pups location where they found 50+ puppies stuffed in crates in the back of a van kept in 35 degree weather behind the store. Although nothing has come of this yet, it is likely that PetResQ will again have a strong hand in the relocation and medical assistance for these poor puppies.

Please consider donating to this fund. ALL proceeds will go to PetResQ Inc of Tenafly where they believe animals have souls, feelings and are worthy of love just like any one else. Let's give them the means to keep helping more animals and hopefully prepare them to take on the rest of Just Pups until they are all shut down and cared for properly.
