Baby Dreams For Pastor and Wife

Donation protected
Hey! I'm Miranda! Thank you for visiting our "Baby Dream" campaign page!  My husband is Pastor/Evangelist Jeremiah Norton. We met at church but didn't really know each other well. Our moms became best friends (like sisters) through church. Even then we never really officially met. Mollie..his mom was like a second mom to me and mine to him. We finally oficially met! At the time we were both going through some trials in our life. My brother was sick and had been for about 2-3 years. He started to get better but relapsed and went into heart and kidney failure from so many months of life support. He was sent home with hospice. He passed away soon after. Jeremiah was going to see my brother and praying with him before we had ever even met. When my brother passed away Jeremiah and his mom really helped my family, my mom and I alot! They prayed, opened their homes to us and got us through the funeral. Then, Friday (only 5 days later) Mollie (Jeremiahs mother) passed away unexpectedly. This was so devastating to us especially only five days after my brother. He and I grew closer through praying together and just being there for one another during this time. He made me laugh when I felt like I couldn't even smile. My family and I showed him a love that nobody else had ever shown him. One that was unconditional. We knew that Mollie had joked and planned our wedding and talked about the grandkids we would have right after we met (lol). At that time I wasn't sure that would ever be a reality, little did I know "moms are always right!" After everything we went through we wanted this to be a reality. Jeremiah took me to a Doctors appointment 4 hours away and proposed to me on a local beach. We got married in January! Now with this new life that God has blessed us with we want to move forward. The fall before all of the other stuff happened I went to my Doctor for a regular checkup and found out I had abnormal cervical cells. So, they did all of the test and I had to have them removed and biopsied. They came back as advanced sqamous cells but the Doctor said they has removed all of it. Three weeks out from my surgery I had severe bleeding from blood vessels in my cervix. I almost bled to death. I was admitted into the hospital for surgey (again) to stop the bleeding. They mentioned hysterectomy and I begged them not to because I wanted to have more kids one day. They promised to try their best. I prayed and it worked! No hysterectomy!!! I will have to have surgery and other potential treatments to have a baby. We know that the surgery is not covered by insurance and when I went for my last checkup ( no abnormal cells) the doctor said it would be best for my health to have it done. even if we didn't want to have more children. This is something that we have been praying about for quite some time. Even before the wedding we were praying that after the wedding God would heal me. Sometimes he relies on the knowledge he gives the doctors to help us. The surgery alone will cost us around $6000 to $7000. Knowing that for some this may seem like nothing but for other it is a lot! We just can't afford that all out of pocket. It is one of those things that is so close but still so far. The good news is that with God, all things are possible! That being said we have faith that God can and will make a way for us. We want to raise a baby or maybe two or three :D more up in the ways of the Lord and for them to grow up to be Soldiers for Christ. Thank you all for visiting. We have spoke with a doctor who has a prepaid account to start paying on the treatment. As soon as we get the minimum down payment of $500 we will start adding to the account. I pray that God moves and we can have this done before the end of summer (even though I know, it is all about God's perfect timing. )God bless all of you and we will be paying it forward in the near future. I am tired of tearing up everytime I walk into the baby section of a store and we know that God is working this out now for our family. We are praying that we will see an outpouring of God's love shown through his children, our brothers and sister's in Christ or anyone who understands how hard this is to go through. We believe in the miracles of Jesus Christ! We appreciate all prayers, shares, and donations. We understand everyone can't donate but a prayer or share and just following in our journey is greatly appreciated. If you can spare $5, $10, $20 or any amount the Lord lays on your heart we Are so grateful. We only want to raise enough for the surgery cost and if there is more we will be paying it forward to someone else in need. Our assignment from God is to Love one another so we are always looking for ways to give back. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we love you all! God bless each of you who comes to visit our page and walks through this journey. Also, we have decided to plan for the future that we know God is going to provide so a start in letting everyone know a little is that our first born if a girl will be Mollie Grace-Ann and a boy will be Jacob(not decided on the middle name yet). Mollie is for obvious reason after Jeremiahs mom, Grace because she will be an undeserved gift from God and Ann is my moms middle name. Jake was Jeremiah's grandfather's name and it's out of the bible of course. After a couple of months and our funds growing slowly  I need to somwhat update this. Okay, so i went back to the Doctor (not the fertility Doctor but my regular OBGYN and had my physical done about a month ago June 2016. The results came back severely abnormal and the doctor decided to do immediate surgery to remove the cells. He says we are still great candidates though despite the same week they done an ultrasound and found PCOS effecting ONLY my left ovary at this time. We are considered to be high success candiates, although the only issue are I will have to get the surgery fairly soon because of the possibilty of returning cells and the PCOS could eventually cause more of an effect on my body. We're not just here looking for a handout but just an outreach from people who want to make a difference. Our intentions are to travel to other places (with our babies) and do ministry and outreach. This is something we want to instill in our children early in life. Please if you can help us make these dreams come true. If anyone looks on Facebook at WoodWorkz4Jesus or Pink Shutter Photography let us know. We are thinking of doing a contest for our fund as a fundraiser. Let us know what you would be interested in so that it can truly be successful.
