Help save Lilly

Lilly is our 5 year old Boxer.....She is like a child to us......Lilly has been in and out of the vet for over a week......She is at a emergency animal care center now where they have done a bunch of tests and none of the tests have given any answers to why she is sick.....She won't eat and her chin is bruised and swollen......our bill is at 2200.00 and if we get no answers from her last test by tomorrow the vet wants to do exploratory surgery.....She looks good and gave us kisses when we went to see her today.....She doesn't look ready to leave us yet but also can't go on the way she is......I never ask for money and am crying doing so now....Please help if you can and if not please share......Thank you for reading this post.....
