courtney needs surgery

Courtney girl is my emotional support dog and I've had her since she was 8 weeks old. She was born on a Amish farm in Pennsylvania. Courtney is now 3 years old and cannot use her back legs because two nights ago she slipped and her vet at Erdman animal Hospital said that she would have to see a neurosurgeon. My husband took her to see the neurosurgeon and he said her prognosis of life is very well with surgery she's going to need an MRI that will cost $3,000 and to start surgery is $5,000. Already I had to pay for x-rays out of pocket that cost $500. Courtney is not just a dog she is a part of our family and I would be so grateful if she could get a second chance to run around and play with her toys again.
