Ramp for my disabled Mother

My mom is a 47 year old single mom of 5! My brother and i are still living at home my brother is 20 im 17. My mom Cynthia Harris was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2005. Last year she lost her license due to MS Seizures. The last couple months got harder and fell a lot more so she went in to her doctor and was told her MS progressed that she can no longer rely on walking by herself, she now has to be in a wheelchair. The wheelchair has many obstacles the only way in our house is 3 steps in and 3 steps out. My mom struggles getting in and out of the house the reno firedepartment told me if we dont get a ramp and she falls she will end up hurtibg herself or hurting me along the way. It could cause more harm for me in the future and could possibly end up killing herself if she falls the wrong way. She lost a lot of independence these last couple of years which is hard. My brother is our main income source and we dont make much money.. we are renting and our landlord wont allow us to build a ramp unless its by a licenced contractor. My brother and i want to help my mom get in and out without hurting us or herself.
