Junior Olympics 2015 Track & Field

   Track is my life, my passion, and my wife.  I have a month left until I will walk onto a D1 team at the University of Memphis where I will run for two years.  Then I plan to transfer to LSU my junior year and run for the best SEC D1 university there is.  I don't plan for my track career to end after I graduate with my bachlers.  I plan to enter the 2020 Olympics next. I know it is alot of hard work, but I just have to take it one step at a time.  Starting with the Junior Olympics this year.   I would appreciate all the help I can get to build the stepping stones of my future!  Thank you for taking the time to look at my fundraiser.

This letter will introduce to you Kelse Matthews, who is a member of the Team Elite Track Club.  Kelse is a dedicated distant runner for the track club and has progressed her athletic ability to accomplish very much this summer.  In the District Qualifying Meet held in Hot Springs, Kelse placed first in the 3000 meter run, and second in the 1500 meter run qualifying her for our AAU Area 16 National Qualifying meet in Joplin, MO.  In Joplin, she finished 4th in the 3000 meter run not only improving her personal time but qualifying her for Junior Olympics.

Our objective is to lead young athletes to a higher level of Track & Field and Education.  We believe in order for our athletes to have an opportunity as others throughout the world for scholarships in Track & Field we must instill a sense of good work ethic and perseverance in and out of the classroom.  We try our best to make sure that our athletes are successful in everything they do with CHRIST being first.

This year we will be traveling to the AAU Junior Olympics in Norfolk, VA and there are many expenses that must come out of pocket.  We have held many fundraisers in order to aid in getting uniforms, entry fees and equipment but are still in need of some assistance with travel, lodging, and meals.  Would you consider making a Tax Deductible Contribution to help with Kelse’s expenses to attend the Junior Olympics?  Your financial contribution will assist us with the continuation lf leading our athletes in a positive direction to achieve many of their aspired goal in life. Your contribution will be used toward the $650.00 Kelse will need for this trip.
