Kids Helping Kids

Leah (12) and Katie (9) would like to invite you to help them help others. With help from Julia of Mane Street Hair Specialists, and in conjunction with "Locks of Love" Leah and Katie are taking it all off (--their hair, that is). Leah will be going all the way and shaving her head completely and Katie will be cutting her hair for the very first time! Between the two girls, a total of 36" will be collected and sent to "Locks of Love" to make hair pieces for other children. ("Locks of Love" is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 21 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.)

If the girls raise more than $1000, KATIE WILL SHAVE HER HEAD! That's 9 years of growth and 30" of Katie's pride and joy to give to other kids who need it. If they raise more than $1500, their mother will also donate her hair!

Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated and will also be sent to Locks of Love.
