In Honor of Mama Rose: Help Us Grow
Tax deductible
Mama Rose was The Marco Players' biggest fan. As the Hospitality Volunteer Coordinator, her goal was to grow our Theater.
Help her dream come true - Donate to the Help Me Grow campaign of The Marco Players Theater.
Thank you for your continuing support of your community theater in Southwest Florida.
The curtain has risen 2,644 times in 44 years of live performance art. Since 1974 The Marco Players have produced over 176 plays from Steel Magnolias to Erma Bombeck, from Plaza Suite to Driving Miss Daisy and Fox on the Fairway to Apartment 3A.
Our purpose is to provide Live Performance Art for the Marco Island community. Your donation allows us to create a wonderful theater experience for you and for the broader community. Donations help bring our theater to the attention of new audiences and provide our loyal patrons with a more comfortable and modern theater space. Ticket sales cover basic operational expenses so we can survive. Donations are needed so we can thrive!
Community Theater enhances Marco Island’s Arts and Culture community by attracting talented actors, actresses, production and hospitality volunteers as well as artists, board members, and over 8,200 theater guests every year. Our success contributes to the prosperity of the Island’s businesses and community as a whole. It is also a key cultural draw for tourists from all over the world who boost the economy on Marco Island. We are the oldest nonprofit theater on the Island.
Please help The Marco Players thrive by supporting our 2017-2018 Campaign goal of $60,000. The Marco Players Theater has no debt and operates in the black because of our dedicated volunteers, donors, and sponsors. Thank you to those who continue to support us as a volunteer, a donor and/or a theatergoer.
The Marco Players Theater is a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization under Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) of the IRS Code. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent of the law, provided no goods are exchanged.
