Help For Dialysis Treatment

Hello My Name is Christopher Munoz and I'm raising donations for my friend Adrian Coddington, for those who don't know Adrian. He is the son of Carmen Mesa. Who also passed away of the same kidney disease he is now diagnosed of.

  Adrian has helped many in their time of need. Now I would like to help him in his hour of need.  Adrian went to the hospital on December 5, 2018, for trouble breathing and a significant increase in weight. Not knowing what was wrong barely able to walk. Tests were performed and he was sadly diagnosed with Acute Renal Failure. Adrian was admitted with a lung infection due to fuild build up throughout his entire body. His kidneys were not functioning. With hopes that they return, he was placed on dialysis on December 17th. He is continuing dialysis . However, on March 5, 2019 his diagnosis was downgraded to Early Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). With this diagnosis. Adrian now has to travel to and from dialysis in Florence, Arizona three days a week. Putting a strain on his finances. He doesn't not qualify for any insurance other than Medicare and is unable to pay for his monthly portion for Treatments

Also he  can't get any transportation and is having to use his own vehicle driving himself. He has applied assistance with AZ Kidney Foundation but they will help with food for his home. For him to get his head above water please help. Thank you anything will help.  God Bless
