Adam Wolkins' Recovery Fund

Adam had a tragic accident and needs everyone's help while he is fighting to get back up on his feet. 

He was working in the yard when the throttle of the ATV got stuck on and, of course, he bailed.  But landed on a stump and sustained multiple injuries and has been in critical care ever since.  The extent of the injuries are still unknown and he still has open wounds.  His major injury is his left leg which will need multiple surgeries but he also has blown out both knees and will likely need surgery on those in the near future.  He is not able to get out of bed and feeling very discouraged. He is stable but still on oxygen and still in the ICU at QEII.  His family members and extended family members are doing all they can to support him but his needs are so great that the time has come to lean on his network of friends and the community around him.  He is self-employed and unfortunately has no employment insurance.  With the need for ongoing medical treatment, equipment, and the long road of recovery in front of him he will need all the help he can get.
