Youth Suicide Prevention training

Every school year our community loses precious lives to suicide . West Idaho, SPAN Idaho, is funding youth suicide prevention education just in time for the 'back to school' focus. Please help us in bringing national expert training to our youth faculty and staff.
*Between 2011 and 2015, 102 Idaho school children (age 18 and under) died by suicide. Twenty four of these
were age 14 and under.
*Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death for Idahoans age 15-34
*Idaho is consistently among the states with the highest suicide rates. In 2014 Idaho had the 9th highest suicide
rate, 46% higher than the national average.
Help us get expert suicide prevention training around our youth this AUG. There is no time to waste!
