Young family with 2 children about to be homeless

Im not one to ask for help, But My oldest daughter, son in law and my 2 oldest Grandchildren 5 and 6 years old are about to be homeless on Monday November 26th. They got in a bind with their lot rent in their Mobile home park Due to my son in law losing his job a couple months ago, He has since found work but they have been playing catch up ever since. The park they live in sent them a court letter for payment or appear in court, they paid the amount owed before the deadline, unfortunatley the park they live in never dropped the eviction process,but they were not infomed that happened, so when they got behind a second time they asked for help from the Salvation army they had a  letter from the salvation army showing the amount they would pay for them, and my daughter took said letter to the park manager who in turned signed it saying they would accept payment and in turn not Evict them. Well that was false they sent an unmarked officer to their home on Tuesday November 13th a day before the Money was to be paid, said officer informed them they had 30 mins to gather what they needed and vacate property or sign over the title to their trailer and they would give them 10 more days well they of course were scared and signed over their home. Long story short they have nowhere to go , and not much money to even find a place, as everything needs first and last months rent and security deposit. Being homeless at anytime is scary and sad, during the Holidays makes it that much harder. If you can help at all my family would be forever grateful.
