Young Family Faces Challenges

Ben and Felicia are a young couple that have had several severe setbacks.  On Monday, April 3rd, Ben was in a wreck in San Antonio.  His car was totalled.  He suffered two broken legs and an injured femur.  He is lucky to be alive.  He was sent to the trauma center.  One doctor said he was lucky to still have his ankle.  He had three surgeries in one week.  The doctor said he will need numerous more surgeries on his ankle.  The doctor said it will take anywhere from 6 months to a year for complete recovery and he can not walk for at least 6 months.  The sad part is (on top of everything else), he had just started his own wrecker service within the last year.  He was so proud of his business and he enjoyed knowing he could provide for his family doing something he loved.  Since he can not drive, he will lose his wrecker and hence, his means of income.  Due to his injuries, he can not work for at least a year.  He was the only worker in his little company, so the company is gone.  Since their car was totalled, they do not have a car.  If this was not stressful enough, his wife delivered their third child on April 13th.  He left one hospital on Tuesday and she went into another one on Thursday.  If they can receive enough donations, they can get a vehicle big enough for 5 since he will have numerous doctor visits in the future.  And of course, donations will go to the hospital bills.  We appreciate all prayers.  God has blessed us by saving his life so he can see his small children grow up.  May God Bless you for donating to this young family who needs many prayers.
