We are Yoruba Heritage International; 20 years strong based in Sacramento,Ca. We are a non-profit  501(c)(3) organization  of yoruba desecendants and admirers of the yoruba culture. 

We would love to contribute and impact our community and beyond by building a community center in the greater Sacramento area. This center will house a cultural arts section that will display yoruba history and arts. It will have a multipurpose room for activities and events organized for the public to participate . In an era where technology has taken the place of human interaction and building relationships; we want to take it back to the basics.
 Activities like  cooking classes, movie nights, game nights etc will be organized to bring people of various backgrounds together and nurture a close knit community. There will also be a soccer field and a basket ball court for the local youth to hang out and build relationships.
