Clinton County Volleyball team

Our Volleyball team, which is comprised of 10 athletes and three coaches were picked at random during Fall Festival at Villanova University after placing gold in division one to represent Team USA at Special Olympic World Games in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emisswrates! This competition will take place in March of 2019. In September of 2018 we will attend a week long training camp at the University of Delaware to prepare. When we attend world games we will be away for three weeks This whole process will be a once on a life time experience for our athletes and coaches. Our athletes will compete in the largest humanitarian sporting event of the year. There will be 500,000 spectators present, among 5,000 athletes, and 2,500 coaches. They will get to experience a new culture, see some beautiful sights, feel empowering energy, and meet some extraordinary people. All expenses for athletes and coaches to attend will be paid for at the National, State, and County levels. This includes transportation, passports, lodging, food, and uniforms! While our athletes are partaking in this incredible experience our bills will still need paid and our families supported. We are looking for donations to help provide for our homes and families while we represent our country in hopes to bring home the gold! No donation is too small and every little bit will help.
