Help Sabrina Cohen, a single mom, battle breast cancer!
Please help me raise money to help my friend Sabrina who was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She is a single mom of a sweet 5-year-old boy who has mild autism. She has a long, difficult road ahead; which includes chemotherapy, surgeries and radiation therapy over the next year or so. She is living on a fixed income and has no child support. Her greatest concern is that her son be well cared for while she is sick.
Sabrina needs funds for childcare, house cleaning, medical supplies, and life’s basic necessities. She has started chemotherapy and has been extremely ill and incapacitated. There have been setbacks. Chemotherapy severely weakens the immune system, causing Sabrina to be at high risk for infections, which continues to jeopardize her continued treatment. Sabrina has room in her home, but she doesn’t have enough money to pay for the childcare that Marco needs. Thankfully, Sabrina and Marco have been able to find a live-in nanny, Sara, who has accepted free rent to offset her salary, but she must be paid weekly.
Please help us raise at least $15K to support this family. Sabrina has embarked on a challenging journey, which no one should have to endure alone. Marco and Sabrina’s monthly medical costs are extraordinary. Please give what you can to put Sabrina’s mind at ease that her son will be well cared for.
