Yanira's Cancer Medical Fund

After noticing a small lump in her right breast 2 years ago, my mom became worried and went to the doctor. Since that time to June 2016, all mamograms came back negative and no alarm was raised by the doctors. From July to August 2016, the lump grow substancially and this time she was ordered to get a biopsy to find out whether this lump was benign or not. Unfortunately, it wasn't. In late October my mom, Yanira, was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. Thankfully, the cancer seems to only be located within the mass in her right breast and has not spread to nearby tissue. She will, however, need to undergo chemo (once every 2 weeks for the first 4 rounds and then once a week for 12 weeks) followed by surgery and radiation. We need help with medical expesnse, since she is becomingly increasly weak as time goes by and is limited on how much she can work. My mom is a very proud woman and has worked hard to provide for her family since she came to this country at 18 years old. She is the strongest woman I know and I know that she will come out on top and be stronger than ever. While it has taken a little while, we have finally conviced her to accept the help that she needs from those who care about her and want to see her beat this illness.
