As many of you know, our dear friend, Yang Xi, has been courageously fighting stage 4 colon cancer that has metastasized to his liver. His healing journey has neither been smooth nor easy, as he has had to endure a 30-day hospital stay, surgeries, biopsies, chemotherapy, and too many doctor appointments to count. We just now learned that he has more challenges because his health insurance company will not cover medicines his doctors prescribed and that the insurance company is dropping him because he is too expensive.
We would like to help Yang Xi by easing his financial burden caused by copays, paying for a new insurance company, not being able to teach violin lessons, and his upcoming trip to a renowned cancer treatment center in Texas.
