College Tuition

My name is Michelle Pressey and I live in Perth Amboy, NJ.  I am currently a full time nursing student at Saint Paul's School of Nursing in Staten Island, NY.  This program is an 18 month accelerated Associate of Nursing Program which consist of 5 semesters. I have successfully completed 3 of the 5 semesters throughout which I have maintained a 3.5 GPA. Not only am I a full time nursing student but I am also a single mother of a four year old little girl named Mckenna. I also work part time as a patient care technician at a local hospital.      September of 2019 is supposed to be the start of my 4th semester however, just two semesters shy of graduation I have no way of paying for the remaining cost of expenses after my Federal Financial Aid has been awarded. Therefore my school has dismissed me from the program until my balance is paid. I have applied for numerous private loans however I've been denied at every turn. I can not stress enough how important my education is to me and how desperately I want to become a nurse. My journey has not been easy and I have fallen on hard times but I refuse to give up on my dream. I want nothing more than to graduate as scheduled along side my peers in April of 2020. I am so close to the finish line and would hate to have to stop now. If you can help in anyway it will greatly be appreciated. Any little bit helps me get one step closer to my goal.  Thank you all!
