Bridge/Access

I have a serious access issue. I don't currently have access to my home. Long story short I had to put in a $50,000 bridge about 10 years ago and 2 years ago it collapsed due to flooding. I have talked to Insurance, the engineer who designed it, Fema, County, City and Army corp of Engineers and no one will help me. 2 years ago when the bridge collapsed my neighbors (after 2 days of being trapped in my home) found out and gave me "temporary" access across their field but have since (due to some extenuating circumstances) decided they will no longer allow me to continue paying for temporary access. 

I am at an extreme loss and do not know how to move forward. I am praying that there is something that you can do to help me. There is more to the story but some of you all know it.

These funds will be used for either a bridge that might be temporary or purchasing another easement. If more funds are there beyond what is needed (GOD willing) I will be throwing a big Thank you celebration.
Currently a bridge could cost me $10,000-$200,000 (Hopefully the lower amounts) and access could be $10,000 or more. The sooner I can get the funds the better as I am currently walking to my home and have no access for propane delivery or emergency vehicles.
