Surgery for Penelope

Penelope, our new puppy, fell down the stairs and suffered a fracture in both of her elbows this morning. Usually I’m stubborn to ask for any help but the surgery bill is more than me and Cassidy can handle right now so this is our last ditch effort before we have to think about surrendering her to the SPCA. I am not expecting anything from this but figured it’s worth a try. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
