Costa Rica Mission Trip

My son Ethan and I have an amazing opportunity! We are excited that we will be traveling with Mountaintop Community Church's student ministry to San Jose, Costa Rica over spring break (March 25-30, 2018) as short-term missionaries. This is sure to be an incredible time bringing the love of Christ to kids and families in need.
Why are we going?
We are going to partner with organizations that help kids at risk. We will be going to share the Gospel and show the love of Christ to these kids and their families. We are looking forward to the challenges that taking this step of faith will bring and the rewards in spiritual growth. But it is the opportunity to serve others for our Lord Jesus Christ that excites us the most!
What will we be doing?
We will be working at a boy’s home doing light construction around their compound. We will also be working in a very low-income area bringing a VBS-style ministry to over 100 kids.
What’s it take to get there?
The cost of the trip for the two of us will be $1150. We have already paid $445 towards the trip (plus an additional $300 for our passports).
How can you help?
First and foremost we ask that you pray for us and our team, as well as the people we will be serving in Costa Rica.
We also ask that you prayerfully consider donating to help us with the costs of this trip.
Any donations over the trip costs and GoFundMe fees will be allocated to assisting other members of our team with their costs and/or costs of materials and necessities during the trip.
