Emily's Medical Fund

My name is Emily Anderson, I'm 17 years old and a Senior in high school, and I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer back in October of 2015. I was getting my routine physical done in order to play soccer, and the nurse noticed a bump in my neck. A couple of ultrasounds and biopsys later, I found myself at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia scheduling a date for my surgery, which happens to be January 11th. All of the money that will be raised will go towards my medical bills and all of the doctors appointments that will follow the surgery. It's been really hard finding the funds with it being my Senior year: I have class dues, Senior trip, and Senior Prom to pay for as well, so donating just a dollar would help my family and I out a lot. I am extremly thankful for you to be taking time to listen to my story, and my family and I greatly appreciate any donations that we receive.
