Keep Our Family Together

Donation protected
Hello friends and family! I have never reached out for any sort of help via the internet, but desperate times call for desperate measures. As most of you know, my sister Gabby and I are under a program called the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, better known as DACA. My sister and I have been in this country for most of our lives, since 2000, and we've been fortunate enough to have taken part of this program since 2013. It has given us the ability to go to universities, get  jobs, and get the chance to have the normal life we've never had. Our lives would not be the same if it weren't for the benefits of DACA.

However, times are very hard right now which is the reason why I've created this GoFundMe. Both of our Work Authorization Permits, basically our "allowance" to be in this country, will be expiring early next year. Fortunately, we are qualified to apply again, but the renewal fees and the cost of an immigration lawyer is out of our budget. The total cost for my sister and I will amount to $1750. This money will go to the initial renewal fees and the lawyer.

Any amount is greatly appreciated. Your help will keep us together for the next two years until we'll have to renew again, hopefully by then, the program will implement a path to citizenship.

If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing.
