Here is some of the info of my life.
If you think you can't achieve your dreams in life, you may change your mind after reading this:

I came out of school at 16 with no qualificatons and very little hope for the future.
I decided to join the army and I failed my 1.5 mile basic fitness run, was voted fattest person in my troop and I was bullied.
My self esteem was very low but I decided to turn things around.
Years later I went on to:

Become an army commando.

Be a bodyguard.

Run over 130 miles in the Sahara Desert.

Run 1,620 miles from Denver to San Francisco.

Broke the 100k treadmill world record.

Come top of the leader board in both 2014/2015 in the Strava Distance Challenge out of over 51,000 people.

Send my parents abroad 4 times.

Buy my Dad his dream car.

Get my Skydiving licence.

Travel to 50 countries around the world.

Interview top sports people, millionaires and people who had overcome great challenges and adversities in their lives.

And have my son Leon who is the love of my life.

I have done things and achieved things far greater than I could have ever at first dreamed possibile.
I once met a guy who was featured in the national newspapers for his achievements and thought, "If you can do it, so can I."
My hope is that after reading my book you will think to yourself, "Mark's not that gifted or special, if he has achieved his dreams then I can achieve mine."

I can honestly say that there is nothing I have done with my life that you couldn't do with yours.
I hope that it will inspire you to lead a healthier, happier and fuller life.
