A Brief history of my situation.
My name is Bill and I suffer from Advanced Degenerative Arthritis and it has caused me to go through 6 surgeries in the last 5 years. My recent two were just a couple months apart (Nov 6th 2014 and Jan 5th 2015). This caused obviously a financial hardship that I was just starting to recover from. Now Unfortunately I have been backed into a nasty hole that will take a little bit to recover from.
My wonderful power company PPL is threatening to turn off my power on July 3rd, yep right before the holiday weekend.
I recently paid them over 2000 to get nearly caught up in April but with my disability ending (only get paid once a month) and the wait for my current jobs paycheck to restart (end of may). I got behind again and I do not have enough this week to pay them and have food/gas.
I am currently behind $2063 and PPL is willing to accept $1003 to keep me from being shut off.
All I am asking is for just a little help to prevent my family from suffering with NO electricity (well water, ac , ect). I don't know what we would do. The previous month I had waived shut off by providing medical protection but they can only do it once.
If anyone can help , I will gladly repay your $ back or pay it forward. We are desperate and plan on currently selling anything we can live without to help. I am so sorry to ask but please help if you can.
