DocYourWorld is a free and open student run event that takes place at Columbia College Chicago. The event focuses on showcasing Documentary work with a theme of Anti-Indentity. This isn't only Documentary films, but TV programs, Journalistic articles, Live performances, and Interactive installations as well.
For the first time ever DocYourWorld will be giving out awards to students who show excellent work in Documentary. The goal of this campaign is to raise the funds to get these students the awards that they deserve for the hard work they put into making Documentary content. There will be several awards including Social Justice, Storytelling, and Innovation.
The money raised in this campaign will go directly to students who show outstanding work in Documentary so that they can continue to make great Documentaries for years to come.
