He was a ranger, sniper and also an Air borne
Ranger. And instructor. He loved his country
He was a proud American. Serving his fellow man was his greatest passion. He served faithfully for 17 years until being wounded during combat
Rocky was always willing to help anyone he could
He started a group known as vets taking care of vets. He will always be remembered
He will always be missed
